Schedule a Consular Appointment
Applicants who wish to schedule an appointment for certain consular services at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Vienna may do so using the Embassys' appointment scheduling system on this page. Kindly visit the Nigeria Immigration Service Appointment page here to schedule an appointment for your Passport Applications. Please note that appointments for Passport applications and renewals cannot be made on this page.
To schedule an appointment for consular services, select the service you require and choose an available date and time. Once you have selected your preferred appointment slot, submit your application. A confirmation email containing your appointment details will be sent to you.
When selecting an appointment, please allow sufficient processing time before any planned travel and carefully review the required documents for your specific service. On the day of your appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring all required original documents and photocopies. Incomplete applications will require you to schedule a new appointment.
