Embassy to the Slovak Republic

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Vienna is also concurrently accredited to the Slovak Republic, serving as Nigeria’s official diplomatic representation to Slovakia. Through this accreditation, the Embassy works to strengthen Nigeria–Slovakia relations and promote cooperation in areas of shared interest.

The Mission remains committed to advancing diplomatic engagement, expanding economic opportunities, encouraging educational and cultural exchange, and supporting stronger people-to-people relations between Nigeria and the Slovak Republic.

Nigeria and the Slovak Republic maintain friendly relations founded on mutual respect, cooperation, and shared commitment to international partnership. The Embassy supports continued dialogue and collaboration between both countries in areas such as diplomacy, trade, investment, education, culture, tourism, and community engagement.

The Mission also promotes Nigeria’s economic and cultural potential by encouraging partnerships with Slovak institutions, businesses, investors, academic bodies, and other stakeholders interested in engaging with Nigeria.

The Embassy provides consular guidance and support to Nigerians living in or visiting the Slovak Republic. Nigerian citizens are encouraged to stay informed through the Embassy’s official communication channels and to contact the Mission for guidance on consular matters, documentation, emergency assistance, and other relevant services.

The Embassy remains committed to strengthening Nigeria–Slovakia relations while supporting the welfare and interests of Nigerians within its area of concurrent accreditation.
